North Salem Yoga

North Salem Yoga was designed to meet the Yoga and wellness needs of the local community by bringing quality and affordable Yoga classes to the heart of North Salem. North Salem Yoga meets at St James Village Hall above North Salem Nursery School. The halls holds a large and brightly lit room for practice and small adjoining, but separate space (with sliding doors) for childcare. Professional childcare will be available during late morning and early afternoon class times so as to allow parents to bring small children under the age of 5.

Classes are taught by Jaime Roche, RYT a 200 hr Om Yoga certified Vinyasa instructor and certified Yin Yoga instructor. Jaime has almost 20 years of practice and teaching experience combined and enjoys helping her students find a practice that aligns their bodies, minds and spirits.
